In January we though we were brilliant when we booked an apartment for Sukkos 2021, 9 months in advance. We contacted Rentals of Distinction who made it so easy and straightforward to find exactly what we wanted for our 3 week stay in Jerusalem. Fast forward to August with all the new Covid restrictions (again!), we realized that our trip wasn't going to happen. We reached out to Rentals of Distinction and could not have been happier with how responsive and understanding they've been during the refund process. It's really a pleasure to deal with a company that treats you like a VIP whether things go according to plan or not. We look forward to booking many rentals from them in the (hopefully near) future!
