KASHRUS POLICIES

We are very careful to uphold our apartments to a high level of Kashrus. 

We understand that when renting an apartment, a major concern is whether you can use the kitchen and who has been using it before you arrive. 

We rent exclusively to Shomer Shabbos and Shomer Kashrus families and we ask that the tenants use products and catering services from the following hechsherim* ONLY: Badatz Agudas Yisroel, Badatz Eida HaChareidis, OU (Orthodox Union), Star-K, Chof-K, Rav Reuven (Rubin), Rav Landau (Bnei Brak), Badatz She’eiris Yisroel, Badatz Yoreh De’ah – Rav Machpud, Rav She’ar Yashuv Cohen of Tveria (commonly referred to as Rav Orebach Tveria)

Any other certifications, including generic or city-specific "Mehadrin" labels or those not listed above, are not permitted unless prior written approval is obtained from the Landlord.
