KASHRUS POLICIES
We are very careful to uphold our apartments to a high level of Kashrus. We understand that when renting an apartment, a major concern is whether you can use the kitchen and who has been using it before you arrive. We rent exclusively to Shomer Shaboss and Shomer Kashrus families and we ask that the tenants use products and catering services from the following hechsherim* ONLY: Mehadrin Yerushalayim, Badatz Eida Charedis, Badatz Mehadrin, Belz, Rechovot Rav Rubin, Agudas Yisroel, and Chasam Sofer Petach Tikva.
Before renting an apartment to any family, we ask for a reference to attest to your level of Kashrus to assure the same high level of Kashrus for all clients.

PAYMENT POLICIES
In order to secure your apartment for your family, we require a signed contract along with three checks for the following:
- Check #1 - 50% of the rent; present date.
- Check #2 - 50% of the rent; postdated to the date of arrival.
- Check #3 - Security Deposit; The security deposit is held by a third party, the rental agent, and will be returned to the renter within 10 days after his departure from the apartment, once the manager has checked over the apartment to see that everything is in good working order.
In the event of an unexpected cancelation, we will do everything in our power to find an appropriate replacement tenant*. In the event that we are successful in finding you a replacement tenant to take over your lease, we will refund the full amount – a 25% cancelation fee.
