Smolenskin 3 Bedroom

We have been renting from ROD for years and will continue for years to come. They found us the perfect apartment in a great location. From sales to management they are incredibly responsive and take care of everything. This apartment was exactly like the pictures; bright, airy, and equipped with the latest appliances. We highly recommend this apartment and ROD for all your rentals needs.

The Smolenskin apartment is clean, comfortable, and looks like the pictures online. The apartment was well stocked with the basics (tissues, detergent, soap, ect.) and had everything we needed for shabbos. The manager sent us labeled pictures and videos as a guide. We loved the location on a quiet, residential street but only a few steps away from the center of town. There is easy street parking and we never had trouble finding a spot. We were very happy with our apartment choice.

ROD has consistently provided excellent service and high-quality apartments. We were very pleased with our stay in Jerusalem - the apartment was beautiful in a great location and the hand-holding throughout the stay of assistance and guidance was perfect. We will continue to look for ROD locations for our continuing visits.

Great apartment in walking distance to the Old City, city center and tons of food and shops. Apartment is well equipped and property managers were responsive and helpful. Street parking is available but can be limited. Would rent this unit again. Lots of space for family!

Regarding the latter, you guys were engaged throughout the stay with respect to any questions or concerns. Regarding the apartment itself, it is a 1st-class beautifully appointed unit. Super comfortable and excellent location. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a 3br unit in Yerushalayim.

The apartment was great. It was super clean and it was in a great location. The assistant manager Betzalel was amazing, he really went above and beyond. He responded to us at all times. I even harassed him with non apartment related matters and he was happy to help. He even found me someone to drive our bags somewhere and saved me a bunch of money. He was great!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and from the minute you walk in, it has a great new and fresh apartment feel. All of the furniture was brand new and in great condition. The kitchen was fully equipped and very organized. The manager does such a great job keeping the apartment orderly and fresh. The location was so perfect, right near the hotels, a really quick walk to Mamilla, about 5 minutes. The location is very quiet with no street noise at all, almost feels suburban while being such a central location. There is parking available in front of the apartment all of the time that is free and available. This is a great apartment!
