See More This luxurious 7 bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Geula. The apartment has a set of stairs that leads into the first level floor that holds a powder room that connects to a laundry room, a large long dining room table that seats up to 12 people, a nice size fully equipped kitchen with marble counter tops and white cabinets, and a large comfortable living room area with 1 large couch and 2 large cushioned chairs. Throughout the apartment there is underfloor heating. The first level floor also holds 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a long narrow balcony connecting with two of the bedrooms. Underfloor heating and hot water unit included. There is a Beautiful chic swirl staircase that leads to a hang out area in the attic and has a large balcony with a lovely view.
Bedrooms:
6 Bedrooms: Large and very comfortable beds. Full size mattress. 2 of the rooms have full the other ones are all 90” beds. There are 2 master rooms (one in master and the other has a master with connecting bathroom. The first master bedroom is on first floor and is a nice sized room with 2 full sized American style beds. The master bedroom provides a nice amount of closet space, a T.V. and a balcony, and an en-suite bathroom with a Glass door shower. There are 6 more bedrooms on the first floor.

Second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a T.V. and hanging space with drawers. The third bedroom has 2 full size beds as well as hanging space and drawers. The fourth bedroom has a hi riser bed as well as a desk and hanging space with drawers and a balcony. The fifth bedroom has 2 twin size beds as well as hanging space and drawers. The sixth bedroom has a bunkbed as well as hanging space and drawers. Finally, the seventh bedroom has a bunkbed with a pullout bed, a crib, hanging space with drawers and a balcony.

4 full bathrooms and 1 powder room: The first bathroom is connected to the master bedroom and has a toilet, a sink, and a Glass door shower.
