There are Two Sukkah Locations: There is an Eating / Dining Sukkah is located off of the Living Room / Dining Room and can seat 20-22 Men in the Kosher Area and another 10-15 Women and Children on the rest of the Patio Area. There is a Sleeping Sukkah located on the Roof-Top (Above the Second Floor) with sleeping room for 4 beds. Both Sukkahs will be built prior to Renters arrival with Tables, Chairs, Lighting and Kosher Schach.
