**The studio (which is available to rent SEPARATELY) has its own bathroom, which was recently renovated, along with other improvements to the space. That said, it is important to note that the studio was originally a storage room and still retains a slight storage-room smell. As such, it is not maintained to the same standard as the villa itself. However, previous renters have appreciated having the additional bedroom and private bathroom it provides, particularly for a helper, nanny, or anyone who values a greater degree of privacy.

The apartment is beautiful, with a newly renovated kitchen and first-floor layout that is both spacious and very comfortable. The linens and towels were especially luxurious and greatly appreciated, adding a very nice touch to our stay. The apartment was also thoughtfully prepared for Shabbos, and included everything we needed to set up and enjoy our Shabbos meals. The location is excellent and extremely convenient. The large supermarket located on the second floor of the building had everything we needed, and there is also a coffee shop right next door to the supermarket. The Gra Shul is only a five-minute walk away and offers minyanim throughout the day, which was very convenient. There is also a taxi stand directly outside the building for times we preferred not to use the Gett app. The staff were easy to reach and were helpful and responsive to any questions.

We really enjoyed our stay in Wolfson Villa III. It looked even better in real life than it did in the photos, and everything was practical, comfortable, and well thought out. The Wolfson villa was so comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The only difficulty we encountered - which we were 100% made aware of before we rented, is the amount of steps to get to the apartment. When arriving with lots of suitcases and when packing up to leave it was very difficult to get the bags to street level.
Despite this issue, which was no surprise to us, we really enjoyed our stay.
