Harav Avida

This is the second time we rented this apartment for Sukkos. The highlights include the amazing location, high ceilings, spacious, open layout, and comfortable rooms. The manager and staff at Rentals of Distinction are immediately responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience at the Harav Avida apartment. The apartment was incredibly spacious, more than most I have seen in Jerusalem, and has such a charming feel. Highly recommend!

What an amazing experience! First of all, the staff at Rentals of Distinction is amazing. They were in touch with us both in America and in Israel to ensure that everything was perfect. When something came up late one night we were able to reach the office in America and Israel and have the issue resolved right away. The apartment was great for our family of 7. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen spacious, the living area had enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and it had great closet space in each room. The location was perfect- a quick walk to the Kosel, Ben Yehuda, Geula, and a close walk to Rechaya to buy groceries late at night. There is a stunning public park right behind the apartment building which was perfect for the kids on shabbos afternoon. The apartment was equipped with everything you need including toilet paper, crock pot, hot plate, urn, pots, shabbos lamps, washing machine/ dryer, comfy couch. We truly enjoyed this apartment and would use it again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Harav Avida apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. The location was incredible and made our stay so convenient. From start to finish the communication with ROD was timely and professional, and check-in and check-out were seamless. We will certainly rent again- thank you!

This apartment was perfect. The location can’t be beat; close to the city Center, Mamila, and walking distance to almost everywhere we wanted. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We would certainly rent this apartment again, and the ROD team was very responsive and accommodating, as always.

The apartment was very spacious and it was in an amazing location within walking distance to kotel, shuk, etc. The beds were very comfortable. We would for sure rent this apt again.

We had a wonderful two week visit to Israel and stayed at harav avida apartment. The apartment was very bright and spacious and was the perfect central location for all of our needs. It is very walkable to Mamilla and the kotel, Ben Yehuda, shuls groceries… and management was very attentive to all of our needs. We were very pleased.

We had a great experience both with ROD and our stay at Harav Avida! ROD throughout the process was responsive, helpful and addressed any questions or concerns. The apartment itself was fantastic. Location! Location... not to mention the amazing space and amenities. There was even a bonus half bath that we didn't expect which was a big plus. The apartment really had everything one would need to stay over the holidays, aside from the food :) The ROD Israel team were great as were David and Nir the property management team. If we had a question or needed assistance they did all they could to address it. The sukkah off the living room made it so easy. I would definitely stay here again. Deborah S.

The Harav Avida apartment is not only beautiful and spacious, but it is in such a great location!! We had such a comfortable stay there and created great memories. We truly thank Rentals of Distinction for making this happen for us! Rentals of Distinction is such a great agency to work with! From the beginning they were so helpful and accommodating. They patiently answered all our questions, and gave us the time to try and help us get the best place to suit our needs. Upon our arrival, Rentals of Distinction personally met us at our apartment, to show us around and ensure we had what we needed including an extra bed and to help us with figuring out things like where to park our rental car, and how to properly work the dryer! (Eventually, we realized it was a lot more convenient and time saving to drop our laundry off at the Laundromat just up the block where they do the service for you and wash, dry and fold for a reasonable price!) They also supplied lots of toiletries for us which was very useful upon our arrival. They were always so patient, kind, and forthcoming with advice and information. Lucky for us, the elevator which we had been told wouldn't be working, was working! What a great surprise that was for us!!! It was also so nice and convenient to have access to the Kosher and Shabbos items etc...that were in the apartment. The beds, pillows, and blankets in this apartment were extremely comfortable!!! The central air conditioning was perfect! There are so many lights in the apartment, that you have lots of choices with the lighting. The furniture was so comfortable... where we sat and played games on Shabbos together... Thank you Rentals of Distinction for adding so much to our unforgettable trip to Israel!!!

This was our best family vacation ever, and ROD played a huge part in that! Rafi worked hard to find us the perfect apartment for our family, and was always a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Even though our arrival was delayed by several hours, the manager waited for us to arrive to show us around and make sure we had everything. Any request was answered quickly and professionally. We are used to staying at the finest hotels, and were worried the apartment experience wouldn't meet our expectations, but we were thrilled with every aspect of our rental, and would definitely do it again! Looking forward to our next trip, and working again with Rentals of Distinction for the perfect Israel trip. You guys know what you're doing.

The apartment was nice and clean and the location was amazing!

Every aspect of this rental- from your office (I dealt with Rafi and he was amazing!) to the apartment- was so smooth it was awesome! We met our liaison at the apartment and he gave us the codes and showed us around. He left us his number and an easy handbook to refer to. Such a smooth start, it was great! The apartment we stayed in was absolutely stunning, no words other than big beautiful and totally a true "Home Away from Home!!!" There is no doubt that we would take this apartment again through Rentals of Distinction!! Totally hooked!!! Thank you for everything, looking forward to doing this again really soon!!!!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything that one needed was there and the location was awesome! I’ve already recommended it to my sister and she’s taken it for a week in January!

We loved the apartment. It was in a great location, had a great layout and was beautifully decorated. Everything was modern, clean and up to American standards. Great for Shabbat and Chag. We would definitely stay there again. Very highly recommended.

Our family has been renting from Rental of Distinction for a couple years. We really enjoyed our stay at the Avida apartment. In general, when we rent with ROD, the apartments are beautiful, the prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.

The apartment is really nice. We are very happy. It's so spacious and very central. Old City, Ben Yehuda all so close. The management team has also been so responsive. Our urn wasn't working and someone came literally 30 mins before shabbos to bring us a new one.

I had a great experience, the apartment was nice and had all kosher amenities. It was fully equipped and stocked down to sponges for the sinks! The hot plate was great for shabbos. The apartment was perfectly clean when we arrived, Thank you Rentals of Distinction! you did good!
