From the moment we reached out to Akiva to look for a place to stay, we instantly knew we were in the right hands. From top to bottom with Rentals of Distinction, you feel as though you are making plans and arrangements with family. The office staff in the US goes above and beyond during every step up through and beyond the trip itself. They are merely a call, an email, a WhatsApp away. That's all BEFORE you travel!
Even from 3000 miles away you forget the time difference and don't hesitate to reach out. From a novice to the most seasoned traveler, they think of things you normally wouldn't and usually have it covered before you even blink.
The apartment was beautiful and immaculate. You can stand in the apartment and literally see where every picture was taken.
Everything that was supposed to be there, was. Most of the things you don't think of when you are preparing for your trip are there already. If they aren't, a simple request makes them appear.
The true testament is that when you get back you WANT to talk to Akiva and share your thoughts. It's like coming home and wanting to recap the experience with a friend. Who wouldn't want to do that?

Our experience staying at Rav Berlin 18 was excellent. The location was perfect (walking distance to the Old City, Rechavia, and a variety of shuls and easy access out of the city for driving). The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Communication with the Rentals of Distinction team was easy and any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. Our experience working with the Rentals of Distinction was second to none. From the moment of the reservation, all of our needs were taken care of, and the staff was more than accommodating with our dates and times. The apartment was beautiful, the instructions were clear, and every one of our requests and needs were tended to promptly. What an amazing experience it is to be in a foreign country, but to be sure that all of your needs are taken care of. We will definitely rent again!
