We were so pleased with every aspect of our apartment. It was gorgeous and fully stocked with everything that we needed. The manager was also available to answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend renting from rentals of distinction!

We were so pleased with our rental at 36 Metudella in Rechavia. It was a very spacious apartment and had everything anyone would need even including books and games for the kids! The kitchen is stocked with every appliance, utensil, etc. The view is gorgeous and the patio and garden are lovely. The rooms are furnished so beautifully and comfortably. You can really tell that the owners put a lot of thought and care into their property.ROD and the management company in Israel were very helpful and made things very easy for us. We would certainly be happy to say in this apartment again. M. Jacobs

The apartment was a great getaway for our family. Location was perfect, view is gorgeous and convenience is everything. The apartment was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need for Shabbos and the week. The extra comfortable mattresses and American linen were a big treat and the extra bathrooms were amazing perks for our vacation stay. Thank you for such great service!

This was the finest rental experience we have ever had. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and totally prepared for our arrival. The beds were American and comfortable. The kitchen was beyond fully equipped, including microwave, toaster oven, dishes, dishwasher, stove and oven. All starter items including paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags were there on arrival. The apartment has a private parking spot. We are one block from a makolet and a few blocks from Multiple minyanim. We walked back from the Kosel Friday night in under 40 minutes. The heat kept the apartment toasty warm. We have rented in Israel many times but never have we experienced the great water pressure, and seemingly never ending supply of hot water. What a surprise!! RENT THIS HOUSE!! You will find it to be the best rental experience in Israel you have ever had.

The apartment was spacious and perfect for our needs. It also had a beautiful view, front patio and ideal first floor location. When problems did arise they were taken care of immediately and fixed. Thank you for helping make our visit even better!

We stayed in this apartment for two weeks during Pesach. It was all ready and koshered for us. Location is excellent and the views are amazing. Apartment was clean and well stocked.

We just spent 31 nights at number 36 Metudela in Jerusalem and were extremely impressed. The apartment has five good size bedrooms 2 of which have en-suite bathrooms . The entertaining area is a good size as well . The balcony has wonderful views of Jerusalem. The apartment is well located with lots of facilities nearby including a food store next door . The apartment also has the benefit of a garage. It has been well maintained to a good standard and comes with everything you would possibly need for a long vacation. The managing agent were extremely efficient and any time we had any issues they were there on hand to sort it . We were that impressed we have booked again to come in December which tells you everything you need to know.

Having been in Israel during the height of the seger (lockdown), we could not have landed in a more perfect spot than the 36 Metudella apartment. It's location was prime as it has Gan Sacher as it's yard which we enjoyed walking for miles each day. It is steps away from amazing restaurants and upscale markets that made meal time a snap. Every restaurant delivers to this street as well because of its central location. But, more than any of that, when you open the door to the apartment you are greeted with a clean modern space that is thoughtfully appointed. Its setup was perfect for my family of 8 adults which included newlyweds during their sheva brachos week and a grandmother. The layout of this abode, with 2 en suite bathrooms in addition to another full and half bath gave everyone privacy and never made anyone feel underfoot. The high quality beds, bedding and towels were luxurious and the washer/dryer was a real convenience. The kitchen was spotless and inviting and wonderfully stocked with quality equipment. Cooking in it was a joy. Everything was labeled clearly to enable the highest level of kashrus be maintained. We were there for the second days of sukkos and the provided sukkah was perfect and set up with lights, tables, and plenty of chairs. It was as if the owners were planning for their own family with the inventory left for its renters. After sukkos, we used the space, and the sukkah without the walls for dining al fresco for Sheveh brachos. The views at sunset time were breathtaking. I highly recommend this apartment . Tzila at Rentals helped us with two different rentals, one in the German Colony and one in Rechavia. Both apartments were beautiful, clean, and came with all the bare necessities. The local representative of Rentals, Elroi was great, he met us at the apartment, showed us everything we needed to know, and was available during our stay when we had questions. We have used Rental of Distinction over the past 12 years and they never disappoint. It was a pleasure working with them on this recent trip and we look forward to doing so again in the future.

This is our 2nd stay in the apartment. We were welcomed by a professional team that was able to show us around and answer any questions. The apartment is comfortable and spacious and great for families. Walking distance to shuls and other area attractions. The parking is an extra plus. Oh and the makolet right next door, very handy and convenient. Would definitely recommend again

We had a wonderful stay in the Metudella apartment. It was spacious enough for our family to really enjoy Pesach! Manager was very responsive helpful and friendly! We would love to return!!!

With its private entrance, parking space, porch and spacious dining room this apartment truly felt like a large, private home! The nicely sized rooms were outfitted with extremely comfortable mattresses and the apartment was a joy to return to after our daily trips. Our kids enjoyed the small den and large screen TV, and the apartment is smartly designed with each room feeling quiet and private. We also loved the fact that this apartment boasts two master suites. The apartment is a 15 min walk from the incredible, recently renovated, Gan Sochar which is not to be missed if you’re traveling with children. It’s also a short walk from the Shuk, Geula and Ben Yehuda as well as other small parks and many great minyanim. There’s a small shop right next door as well. Apartment was well stocked with comfortable linens and a kosher kitchen as well as Shabbos essentials. We truly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful apartment!
