Abarbanel
We just returned from our trip where we rented the apartment on Abarbanel. I just wanted to let you know that we really appreciated how helpful and considerate the manager, Steve Berger was. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks so much!
It was a pleasure dealing with Akiva and his crew. David met us in the apartment which was clean and very comfortable. It was also well stocked with everything we could need including shabbos lamps, matches , tea lights, wicks , havdallah candle and besamim , warmer, shabbos urn, etc. and a very generous amount of garbage bags and all sorts cleaning supplies. Excellent location. We look forward to using Rentals of Distinction again , hopefully soon!

Thank you to Rafi and Rentals of Distinction for our comfortable and pleasant stay at Abarbanel 25 in Rechavia. The location was perfect and the apartment was exactly as promised. Dovid helped us while we were there and he was very quick to respond to our questions. The apartment was very comfortable and the people living in the building were extremely pleasant and friendly. this was the 2nd time we used the apt. There was everything we needed including havdolo candle, besomim & even a hot urn for Shabbos. I would highly recommend this apt. it was clean , close to everything & had all the necessary items we needed to make our stay a most enjoyable one !
The apartment accomodated all of our needs far better than a hotel room. I have already recommended it to friends. It was meticulosly clean. Rentals of distinction was super accomodating and professional! Thank you Rafi and Akiva!
The Abarbanel apartment was perfect! The manager greeted us upon our arrival and showed us how to operate all the appliances. When I had to reach him he was readily available The apartment itself is fully equipped and modern. The location was amazing. We were able to walk to the Kotel, the Shuk and Geula. Grocery shopping and restaurants are within a five minute walk. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
Your onsite person, Nir, met us per schedule and walked us thru. He was great. The apartment is lovely, very clean , very welcoming. Wish there was a tv. The building itself was dirty and old which was disappointing, but the apartment itself was great.
Positives: Apartment was clean,well lit and airy Real estate agent met us on time and gave us the information we needed about the apartment The location is great Negatives: Many of the large floor tiles were cracked. Others were loose and not aligned properly making it dangerous to walk barefoot Common area of building was very dirty and neglected

We rented from ROD an apartment in rechavya for a week . The apartment was beautiful and clean in a great location . Great value.
This is the third time we have rented an apartment in Jerusalem through Rentals of Distinction, and our expectations were met as previously. Though not luxurious, the apartment was meticulously clean, comfortable, well furnished and perfect for our needs. We look forward to future dealings with this wonderful agent.
The apartment was perfect! It was small but cozy. Having 2 bathrooms was great, the beds were comfortable. The location was amazing. We were around the corner from shuls, groceries, cafes, a bakery, a money changer. There's a burger place a drop beyond that. We were able to walk to Geulah, the Kosel, Mamilla, Ben Yehuda, the Shuk....whatever you need is walkable. I'd definitely rent it again!
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and the apt was nice and comfortable. The manager Mr Nir was very nice and helpful. When we arrived, the cleanliness was not up to par. The apt and the utensils. There are not enough pots also, the oven should have a "shabbos mode". The staircase .... well lets not discuss it. ________________________ Rentals of Distinction's response. Our goal is always customer satisfaction and we make sure to rectify any mistake on our part immediately so as not to disturb your stay. This apartment specifically was not yet under our complete management when you stayed there. Now that it will be under our management, you can expect to see a better managed apartment. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to hear from you again on your next trip.

Our recent vacation rental through Rentals of Distinction on Rechov Abarbanel was awesome. The location in Rechavia was exceptional to getting around all of Jerusalem and the apartment was absolutely fabulous. My wife and I wish we could one day own an apartment as luxurious and spacious as this apartment was for the two of us. There were no unexpected surprises and the apartment was very neat and very clean. Rentals of Distinction should be complimented for their professionalism from start to finish. It was extremely comforting to have been greeted at the apartment when we arrived and we appreciate how they immediately addressed an internet issue that the apartment had because of a Bezek power outage. Within 12 hours the staff had our internet access corrected while we were out enjoying our first day in Jerusalem. Additionally, when we had any questions someone was always available by phone to answer them for us. We were also very apprecitive that we were able to stay in the apartment until 7PM on the day we were to check out. We understand that this is not always possible depending on the next rental but because this was not an issue we were able to enjoy a full day yet in Jerusalem without worrying what to do with our luggage. This was our first apartment rental and we would absolutely do it again. We understand that there is a lot of competition out there for vacation rentals but I would award Rentals of Distinction a 5 STAR Rating for their outstanding job. I wanted you to know that we are enjoying the apartment very much. It was very clean when I came and I appreciate that very much. This is my fifth summer of renting in Israel and it is the nicest apartment so far. It is the only one that I feel comfortable using the dishes, etc.
We were very comfortable in the apartment at 25 Abarbanel. We found the apartment had everything we needed when we spent the time there with our Grandson. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for the three of us and the apartment had everything we needed (except for a roll of paper towels). We brought our own tea lights and havdalah set but found that everything was there for us. There were even games for us to play on Shabbat and we had a wonderful time playing UNO. We would certainly call you again the next time and will be sending our clients who want to rent an apartment in Yerushalayim to you. Heather, Uri and Avi were lovely to deal with and we thank them for their help.
We just came back from a wonderful week in Yerushaloyim, and we wanted to express our most heartfelt thanks to Rentals of Distinction for the beautiful, clean, comfortable, and well-furnished apartment we stayed in. The people at Rentals of Distinction did and thought of anything and everything possible to make sure the apartment had everything we need, like shabbos table cloth, hot plate,besamim, becher, challah board, bentchers. We also enjoyed having a washing machine, and room to spread out. We were so happy that we decided against a hotel, our apartment made our vacation all that more relaxing and memorable. It was a wonderful experience renting from you and we hope to rent again soon!
