The location of the apartment was amazing, and the condition of the apartment was immaculate. It was very well equipped with towels, sheets, blankets and kitchen utensils. The manager met us upon our arrival and answered all of our questions regarding the functioning of the lights, appliances, etc. It was extremely helpful. I appreciate all your advice and help and your professionalism.

I recently went with my family to visit my son in Jerusalem. A hotel would be to expensive and we wanted the space of an apartment with a kitchen, bathrooms, living room, dining room etc. A friend recommended that I contact Akiva Bookman. I did not want to look for an apartment myself and I wanted the reassurance that I was getting what I really wanted and not something I just saw online. There are too many stories of money that has been sent and then somehow no apartment being available, and too many stories of an apartment being dirty and not what the pictures looked like. My requirements were that I get a really clean spacious well kept up apartment, That everything be organised the way it was agreed upon with no unwelcome surprises. It was also important to me that I could call a manager in Israel with anything that I needed should something come up, and that it be promptly taken care of. Akiva was helpful and available from the minute I called him. He sent me options right away with clear descriptions and pictures of the apartments that he had available in my price and date range, and responded right away to all my many questions and emails while I was deciding exactly which of the apartments worked for us, figuring out if I was going to take it for one week or two weeks and answering all the questions that I had. The Apartment was exactly as promised. Clean, well kept, spacious. No surprises. I called the manager in Israel a few times with a few extra things we needed that we had not thought of at home and questions and he responded right away. It made our time in Israel that much more amazing to not have to worry about where we were staying and it was really nice to have friends and family over. I would highly recommend them. As many of my friends have had the same experience with him.

The apartment is great. It is very close to everything and an easy walk to wherever you want to go. There is a takeout on the corner and a fruit store/grocer on the other corner. Everything is very convenient.

Our family has rented from Rentals of Distinction and specifically Akiva Bookman 3 times and he goes above and beyond what he has to before and during our visit. I have referred many friends and relatives over the years and they were equally as thrilled. I would not rent from anyone else, the amazing pictures you see are what you get! The apartment was great. It came with everything you would need. Everything was clearly labeled in the apartment. It was spacious and so nice. From the comfortable beds and fully stocked bathroom. There was nothing missing which made it so easy. We would definitely rent it again on our next visit to Israel. The staff was great answering any questions we had regarding the apartment or help with other things.
