This was a great apartment, in a great location. When we got there, everything was clean. I spoke to some friends who had horror stories where they rented. So this was great. There are always settling in issues, learning how things work etc, the property manager was very available and able to help, even with last minute, rushed issues. We would be happy to stay here again.

The liaison in Israel was always available to answer questions and to help with whatever we needed. Communication was quick and easy. Sometimes a travel provider stands out when things don’t work as planned. We have been relying on ROD for a number of years now for our Succos rental in Israel and they have always been a model of excellent service. This year too, when we booked and ultimately cancelled our trip due to the Covid travel restrictions to Israel, their service stood out again. When booking they provided us with complete flexibility, working with the owner so that we could book without worrying what might happen to our deposit and plans if the trip got cancelled. Unfortunately we did have to cancel and ROD was able to organize a smooth and speedy refund. We will continue to use them, G”w, for our future Israel trips.

My wife and I rented this apartment for the Pesach holiday to be with our immediate family. It's large, comfortable, and very well appointed. 4 of the 5 bedrooms have their own full bathrooms and master bedroom was exceptional. The private elevator was a huge help with the luggage and our Pesach food shopping. The Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room are all large and roomy. All appliances are in excellent condition. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Many shuls are a very close by and shopping in misc. stores and in the Diskin mall is close by. The typical Rentals of Distinction quality of service was evident from Day 1. The manager met us upon arrival and showed us everything in detail. He promptly answered any of our questions and was great to deal with. Please note that there is no dedicated parking. Parking on Haran can be challenging as it is a very narrow street. Nearby streets have more parking availability but most are exclusive to residents during the evening hours so you must take care.

We had an amazing stay. The accommodations were perfect ,beautiful and well stocked. The Apt manager was excellent. Highly recommend

We stayed at Haran 12 with two of our children and their families. Everything worked out wonderful. Conveniently, they had a high chair and cribs to use. All the beds were very comfortable and the size of the apartment, allowed space to relax and chill. As well, the kitchen was well stocked with all pots, pans, Etc, that were needed. And when the temperature in the apartment wasn’t correct, the manager in Israel went above and beyond to help us out. The apartment helped increase our overall vacation experience. Thank you.

The apartment was everything we could’ve asked for. All the amenities which one could ask for were there and we had a nice time. The only drawback was the dryer which didn’t work too well and we alerted the manager who said he would look into it. All in all it was a very positive experience and would definitely rent it again if needed. David samuels
