From my first inquiry with Akiva at rentals of distinction I was given time , patience professionalism all with genuine interest to meet our needs. Upon our arrival to our rental we were greeted by the apartment manager who was very helpful. The apartment is immaculate, and the modern design and layout were appealing. In January 2017 we rented this newly renovated apartment on Binyomin me-Tudela Street. It was very comfortable, clean and newly appointed. The Rentals of Distinction staff was promptly available for any questions or service. The location was conveniently located with a shul and mikva down the block, as well as a makolet right across the street. If you’re renting a car, download the parking app so you won’t need to constantly feed the “meter”. The whole experience enhanced our trip.

My wife and I just returned from a week long trip to Yerushalayim. We stayed at 14 Rechov Benjamin Mitudella (Mitudella). From the get go, renting the apartment, dealing with Rafi was so easy and pleasant, it set the tone for the whole trip. Upon landing at Ben Gurion I got a phone call from David the manager who, together with Nir, keeps the apartment in tip-top shape. David met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. He was also available by phone if we had any questions. Now to the actual apartment. It is located on a beautiful quiet block in rechavia, there is a makolet across the street and a shul about 500 feet away. The apartment is beautiful, modern and clean. Huge living room/Dining room area, modern kitchen, master suite with bathroom and a separate bedroom and bathroom. It was totally convenient, a 20 minute walk to virtually anywhere in the city, the Kotel is probably 33 minutes walking. A great find. So So happy we stayed here thanks Rafi, Akiva , Nir and David!! You made our vacation!

Metudella 14 was a lovely apartment and the service from Rentals of Distinction was excellent!

We just returned from our Pesach vacation and we were extremely happy with the apartment and the service that Rentals of Distinction has provided. The apartment was spotless when we have arrived. someone waited for us outside and they showed us everything. we got brand new stuff for Pesach including hot plate, hot pot, dishes and kitchen utensils. the apartment was entirely cleaned and ready for Pesach. all kitchen counters where covered beautifully. From the first moment when i contacted Rafi and Akiva the service was outstanding and they tried to help me with everything including recommending a great caterer. they go above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable stay. Rentals Of distinction is the place to rent an apartment and i cant wait to come back and rent again from you guys. Thanks for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Metudellah 14 for seven nights. Apartment was really nice and modern. Beds were really comfortable. Great rain showers. Large, relaxing balcony on quiet Rechaviah street. Rentals of Distinction provided the usual exemplary service throughout. Any questions about the apartment while we were there were promptly answered. We would definitely rent this apartment again. And ROD remains our go-to Jerusalem rental outfit. First class all the way.

We've now rented Metudelah 14 twice in approximately half a year and we really enjoyed. Really nice, clean apartment. Great shower in master bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Nice big living/dining room area. Really nice large porch looking out on the Rechavia street. Excellent location in the heart of Rechaviah. And ROD's usual amazing service. We've rented from ROD more times than I can remember and their are top notch all the way.
