SOLD FOR SALE : Haran 10

I just returned from a week staying at Haran 10 and was so impressed. The location is amazing on a quiet street smack in middle of the popular Rechavia/Shaarei Chessed area, with the Gra Shteeble, restaurants, cafes, makolets and a pharmacy all within a few blocks. The apartment itself is decorated beautifully, and stocked with just about everything you need and more. The bathrooms are impressive; the showers are actually better than in most hotels I have stayed in! The service we received was great - Nir met us as we arrived and walked us through the apartment, and was readily available by phone when we had questions during our stay. There were parking spots always available right outside the apartment for our rent-a-car. I cannot think of a better place for a family or groups of friends to stay when visiting Jerusalem.

Thank you for the comfortable accommodations. The location was ideal. The apartment was immaculate and well appointed. The kitchen is set up so well and easy to work in. Shabbos in the apartment was perfect! We had everything we needed to enjoy both for ourselves and for our guests. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The apartment met all our needs. Great location,kosher kitchen, plenty of heat, great showers, enough space for 5 people. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was spotless when I arrived & everything easy to find. The apartment managers were very helpful. I would recommend the apt without any reservations.

We were delighted with our stay at Ha-Ran 10. It is a terrific location, with a supermarket 2 blocks away, a bakery 1 block away, and multiple synagogues within 2 blocks. The apartment itself was larger than we expected and in excellent condition, and provided several unexpected amenities (e.g., we forgot to bring Shabbos candles but found them right there in a cabinet). The manager was extremely responsive, as was the owner. (The parking spot was 3 blocks away, but for most of our time there, we found overnight street parking right in front of the apartment instead. You have to pay for street parking from 8am onwards, so we just made sure to be heading out for our touring around then.) All in all, we had a great experience with the apartment!

I honestly have been meaning to write this review for some time. Staying at this beautiful apartment was one of the highlights of our trip to Israel. The three bedrooms were beautiful, spacious and the beds were SOOO comfortable. The showers were more amazing then my own shower and most hotel showers. The location was superb and the staff was always readily available for anything we possibly could've needed and honestly they went above and beyond. The apartment was so well stocked, this was unexpected and I was very pleasantly surprised. DO treat yourself to this wonderful apartment. You will not regret it! I guarantee it!

We enjoyed our stay at 10 Haran. It was a great location the apartment met our needs beautifully and was stocked nicely. The management was attentive and answered all our questions in a timely manner and was very nice. I would definitely rent from here again.

Everything was perfect. from beginning to end. from looking at the website for a suitable place, to signing the contract, to our arrival, throughout our departure, they were with us every step of the way. the accommodations were exactly what we expected. very satisfied & highly recommended!

For the second time, we have rented in Yerushalayim - specifically Shaarei Chesed neighborhood. Rentals of Distinction provides beautiful apartments and/or villas, is very attentive to maximizing the quality and kashruth of the experience, and is very competitive price-wise to the other less customer service friendly rental methods that we have used in the past. Their partnership with Itamar, a tour guide, is something we used this year for the first time and it was great. Would highly recommend

The apartment was just what we hoped for. Bathrooms showers and A/C all worked very well during the heat wave Yerushalaym was having when we were there. It was very helpful that the kashrus was reliable also. But most of all I'm ve so impressed with your customer service before we left, here and in Israel after we arrived. Rafi and Eliyahu Nir and their supporting staff addressed any concern immediately and efficiently, and Rafi negotiated the price to a level that it was financially feasible. This rental was perfect for our needs! It was a great location, one that we were familiar with from our prior rentals, and convenient to everything (shuls, kosel, shuk, Mir). And the apt was only one flight up. The apartment itself is well laid out and has everything you need as far as conveniences (we appreciated the menorah, candles, leichter, kiddush cup, challah board/knife, urn, plata, hot water kettle, plenty of towels, etc.). The beds were very comfortable. The neighbors were nice and welcoming. As disclosed, it is quite small for a 3 BR apartment, especially the master bathroom and the smaller bedrooms. We were 2 adults and 2 kids, so it worked well for us, with one kid in each of the small bedrooms. The manager of the apt was very nice and helpful as well.

Overall, our experience was very good. The apartment is in a good location, and it was cozy, the beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting in the living room/dining room area. Rafi was very professional, he answered all of my questions and responded to emails in a timely manner. We'd rent though Rentals of Distinction again.

We want to thank you again for enhancing our stay in Israel. Not only for the wonderful accommodations, but also for the warm and helpful welcome from the manager- he made our stay amazing. This was the second time we have used Rentals of Distinctions and have had a great experience again.

We really enjoyed staying in the apartment. It was a perfect location for us - centrally located in Yerushalayim in one of the most special neighborhoods. Shul, cafes, makolets, etc all within minutes. The apartment itself had everything we needed - enough bedrooms, bed options to make the sleeping arrangements for our kids comfortable, strong air conditioning during the hot summer, washer/dryer which was helpful while traveling with kids, and comfortable accommodations. The building is older but the apartment feels newer and modern. The apartment manager was helpful if we needed anything or had any questions and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. It was a pleasure staying there and we hope to have more opportunities in the future to stay there again.

The apartment was very modern and comfortable for our stay! We were so happy to be able to stay in an apartment so close to our daughters down the block. The manager was available if we had any questions. We also enjoyed being near many shuls and shops. I highly recommend Rentals of Distinction.

This was a special experience. Instead of feeling like a tourist in a hotel, we felt more like residents of Yerushalayim and became friendly with the neighbors. Nevertheless, once we got inside our unit it was as comfortable as a hotel and more. Shopping and davening were just around the corner. Walking to our destination was often the best option - it was so close. Property management was very responsive. We have no problem recommending Rentals of Distinction.

Rented the apartment for Pesach 5779. Before travelling the procedure for entry into the apartment had been given to us; useful as we arrived at 4 AM. The apartment was clean and had been fully prepared for Pesach use. Beds were made up and there was plenty of additional bedding and towels had we needed them. The Service Manager Nir was easy to contact and helpful and he sorted out a couple of minor problems very quickly. All in all the apartment was very comfortable and that includes the beds. We are happy to recommend the apartment.

We truly enjoyed the apartment. The location is outstanding, the building friendly, and the apartment immaculate, spacious and well-appointed. We look forward to visiting there again!

This was a fabulous apartment; Nir, the manager met us and was super helpful not only when we first arrived but throughout our trip when necessary. The apartment was clean, cool, and suited our needs perfectly. The neighbors were also super friendly and were willing to help a hand if needed. I'd come back to this apartment in a heartbeat.

The Haran apartment was beautiful and truly perfect in every way. The staff at Rentals of Distinction were helpful and attentive to every last detail. Every aspect of the apartment rental process was enjoyable and easy.

We stayed at 10 Haran for two weeks and had a wonderful stay. There are lots of minyanim and eateries within a 2 minute walk. It is a quiet neighborhood with lots of on street parking.

We had a wonderful experience with our rental in Rechavia this past summer! Very much recommend Rentals of Distinction to whomever wants an apartment rental and doesn't want to have to worry about all the details such as bill paying, hiring a cleaner, etc... They even helped me set up a pango account to help with our parking. All the issues were addressed promptly, and we had an enjoyable stay!
