Just to say that the level of service and professionalism of Rentals of Distinction far exceeded our expectations in every way! We found the house very clean and ready for Pesach. When we needed something or just requested something they were quick to deliver. They made it their business to make sure I had the cleaning help I requested and were personally on top of it. The house was beautiful and comfortable and suited our needs for Pesach fully. I would definitely use their services again and would be also be happy to come back to this particular house. We had a wonderful stay at your house in Sharei Chesed. The house was very clean when we arrived and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The house was beautiful and spacious with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for our whole family. The location was ideal right around the corner from the G'ra Shul and Khal Chassidim. There were many grocery stores, big and small, within just a few blocks and the neighborhood cafes and restaurants were excellent. Rafi did a great job in describing the apartment and Nir was there to greet us when we arrived and show us around. Overall, I would highly recommend Rentals of Distinction for anyone considering a rental in Yerushalayim. Our experience was amazing and we felt catered to at every turn.
The Shaarei Chessed House is very big and roomy. The home is as described and is very beautiful. The house was also very well stocked, much better than with other places that we rented. Rafi was great, he responded quickly to emails and the management rectified issues immediately

He is so so informative and accommodating. There was not enough keys for everyone so he made a set today and dropped it off right in the morning . From the moment I engaged with Akiva and his team I knew that I was in good hands. It starts with a thorough understanding of what my needs are for the trip. The location offered was almost tailor made. It doesn't end there. Anything we needed prior to our arrival was provided. Even more so, during our stay the property manager was available to assist in all extra needs. Shaarei Chesed 8 was perfect for us for Pesach. We were able to comfortably sleep 7 adults and 4 children. The kitchen is wonderful in terms of spaciousness and appliances (2 refrigerators!). The apartment manager was quick to respond to all our requests. You are walking distance to Ben Yehuda and the shuk and there are so many shuls to choose from right near the house. We would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Rentals of Distinction for making this a wonderful Peach in Yerushalayim.
Akiva and his team took wonderful care of our entire family from start to finish. Akiva's recommendations were spot on, and the home we ultimately rented was fabulous. Our trip was made all the more delightful by the caring and personal attention of Akiva's team on the ground in Jerusalem, who seemed to anticipate our every need. A complementary case of grape juice miraculously appeared at our front door. They helped us with tevilas keilim; they not only recommended shopping centers to us, they actually went out and shopped on our behalf. The final touch was helping our son with his calculus homework. I kid you not. This level of service was simply unbelievable. It was beyond service, it was friendship; and for that, me and my family are deeply grateful. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.
